Copy-editing tips

Please ensure you have:

• uploaded an editable file(s) e.g. .docx, .zip etc. (you can attach the file to a discussion thread in the copyediting tab on the platform)
• replaced 'paper-id' with your paper ID where applicable (find this on the platform, with author/title and also in the address bar)
• edited the running head with the author surname(s) and title (abbreviated where necessary to fit on one line)
• edited the author metadata in the footnote on the first page
• balanced the columns on the final page
